Lead vocals, songwriter and rhythm guitaist, Rick (Rico)
Steffen, Ringleader of the Lions, 4 CDs under his belt, Key
West bubba (10 yrs.)(3 years @Pier House) (3 years @Casa Marina) (2 years solo @ Hyatt KW) and
Songwriter/Arranger for the group. Nicknamed for his occasional
Spanish songs and Suave style presentations. His newest adventures revolve around the
new CD release Mango Music which boasts the new musical genre
Caribbean Blues. Blues lyrics and Caribbean rhythms, abound and wind up
appealing not only to the Trop-Rockers and Buffett crowd, but also
the Blues and Latin folks.

Rick & Steve played the top resorts in
Key West with the Infinite Tolerance Band and duo work as Offshore,
for 10 years. Rick & Steve were the featured act for Christmas and New Years at Margaritaville
at Universal Studios Orlando in 2004. Steve & Clarence
worked at the Ocean Deck for 8 years nightly. This gives the band the appearance of having been together a
decade or more.
Offshore4 is
doing some cover tunes but also a refreshing, danceable and
entertaining selection of Originals and Modifications/Adaptations.
Like Soca/Bahamian versions of Margaritaville, Ska versions of Do
You Wanna Dance, Jambalaya, Dock of the Bay, Brown Eyed Girl,
Summertime Blues, the Joker, and You Really Got Me. Other members of the band, all

Wares from Trinidad & Jamaica, having played on world class
Reggae albums with Toots & Maytals, Sly & Robbie,
Sparrow,Dennis Brown and with Windjammer from
world famous Ocean Deck fame @ Daytona Beach.

(Mudlips) Mello, a former Julliard School of Music Student, also of
Windjammer/Ocean Deck fame, (8 years) & the recorded hits
"Smoke 2 Joints" (copied by Sublime), "Jump
Right In" & "Going Down To The Beach". Also playing the Snorkel,
lead vocals & percussion..
Bass & vocals
Bing (Bling) Oliver, and formerly with Caribbean Possee of present
Ocean Deck fame (6 yrs) and lead vocals. The Ocean Deck was
voted several years running as being one of the
top Hot Spots in the U.S. by Playboy magazine.
Keyboards & lead
vocals, Richard (Dick) Huirt. - Currently appeared with Rick at the
Dade County Fair 2004 and has been a recording asset on 3 of
Ricks CDs. A multi-instrumentalist, and
showman, he keeps Rick's show blazing along.
Steel drummer Kelvin
Hart from Trinidad, (CaribbeanRick.com) , adds the icing on the cake
with 3 decades of experience. He effortlessly makes
his truley magical instrument melodicly come to
life as no other steel drummer can.
Pride, Experience, Style, Reknown, and
